1. Please confirm whether the button has a 23A12V alkaline battery installed.

2.Check if the receiver has a 3*AA alkaline battery installed.

3. Please pair the doorbells again.

How to pair signals?

After the doorbell is installed, press the volume button of the receiver for 5 seconds and press the transmitter for 5 seconds. Press the transmitter. If the receiver receives the signal from the button, it will ring and light, indicating pairing. success.
